- Define and implement creative visual merchandising strategies (store displays, mannequins, flexes, buntings, etc.).
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns to increase customer loyalty, retention, and acquisition.
- Manage ATL (billboards, outdoor ads) & BTL (kiosks, buntings, flexes) campaigns, along with store launch events.
- Conduct research & development projects to bring new ideas for store excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Execute PR and marketing campaigns by engaging influencers and content creators.
- Drive footfall and boost store visitors through innovative and strategic marketing tactics.
