24K GOLD & ROSES V.02 EYEBROW PENCIL

A dual sided brow pencil that comes in 4 different waterproof, long-wear and, smudge-resistant formula with a built-in paddle brush for smooth blending and styling.

HOW TO USE:
Step 1: Use the triangle-tip side and draw thinner strokes to fill in the gaps to achive desired shape of brow.
Step 2: Run the paddle brush through the brows to disperse / buff out the product.
